Ponchatoula 22 Estate is located minutes from downtown Ponchatoula, centrally located between New Orleans and Baton Rouge. The French Colonial estate was built in 2014 and can be rented as an entire home with five bedrooms, four full bathrooms, & 3 half bathrooms on almost 26 acres! Ponchatoula 22 Estate is also the perfect location for weddings, corporate events, bridal showers, and social events of up to 150 guests. The bi-level pool with a 16-person hot tub is ideal for relaxing during or after a day of exploration.

While four of our bedrooms are designed for couples, our fifth bedroom is perfect for additional guests as it has six additional beds, allowing sixteen guests to sleep comfortably at the estate. Kayaking, paddle boating and canoeing the lake is one of our most popular amenities. Our guests rave how the wildlife thrive here! Largemouth bass & bream (catch & release), turtles, birds, deer, and others native to Louisiana allow you to unplug from your usual routine & relax. For those who plan to get work done, our high-speed internet will keep you on your daily tasks. The outdoor kitchen, fire-pit, theater room, & game room are a few more of our special features. For adventurous travelers, there is a public boat launch a few miles away further to explore Manchac, Galva Canal, and Lake Maurepas.
